This recipe for ghost Halloween cinnamon rolls could not be any easier. All you need is a can of jumbo cinnamon tolls and some candy eyeballs. Just unroll 2/3 of the dough, form it into the ruffles of a ghost, pin with a toothpick, bake, top with icing, and add the eyes!

I had considered making cinnamon rolls from scratch, and you’re welcome to do so still, but I wanted something simple and fun. Something you can bake up quick on a weekend. I am always a fan of jazzing up store bought products.

How to make Ghost Cinnamon Rolls.

I have to admit they kind of look like jellyfish or squid more than ghosts, especially the ones I gave smaller eyes but whatever -they are still spooky cute Halloween cinnamon rolls.

Obviously if you need more than 5 just buy another can of cinnamon rolls. Just please be aware that you MUST use the jumbo ones. I made the mistake of first buying the regular sized cinnamon rolls and those do not unroll. In other words, I ate a lot of cinnamon rolls in the past week.
