Cake Mix Recipe Roundup

Cake mix is great for more than just baking a cake. Have you ever used it to make cookies, cinnamon rolls, brownies, or ice cream? Cause you really should.

This past Monday was my 35th birthday! Since it’s quarantine I’ve decided to prolong my celebrations by gathering up all my recipes that use cake mixcake mix along with several others from other blogger friends. Granted I would be happy as a clam just eating the raw cake mix (yes the microbiologist admits again to eating raw eggs and raw flour), but it’s fun to make other things with it too.

Jazzing up cake mix into something totally new is one of my favorite hacks for whipping up a quick treat without going to the store for special ingredients. It’s also a great way to use your time wisely and instead invest it into making something you normally would not have the time to execute. What is your favorite recipe with cake mix at its core?
