Man, that full 5 day work week was rough after having weeks of 4 day weeks. Good thing Monday is another holiday so it’s another 4! Last one until Memorial Day however so that’s not fun. But thankfully we’ve got yet another delicious week planned to keep us going.

We had the white lasagna last week! Done in one of my new oven-proof pots, put under the broiler as directed. It is nicer that way…
