BBQ Mac & Cheese Pizza

by Erin

This may be the most epic pizza I’ve ever made. BBQ pulled pork meets mac and cheese, with even more cheese on top to make the ultimate sports watching pizza.

BBQ Mac & Cheese Pizza 1
Remember when I paid tribute to the Mempho, aย grilled BBQ mac and cheese cheese sandwich from a restaurant when I lived in Memphis? Well I took the components of that and turned it into a pizza! Now this is the kind of pizza you need around to watch all those football games. With BBQ sauce, pulled pork, mac and cheese, and more cheese on top, what more could you ask for?

It’s a rare moment that “mac and cheese pizza” and “fancy” can be used together. Thanks Sarah!
