No-bake crust and a no-churn, customizable ice cream filling – what more could you ask for? How about Oreos!?
Happy National Ice Cream Pie Day! This baby is as easy as it gets with a no-bake crust and a no-churn filling. As a bonus you can customize the filling easily but I went with Oreo. Mostly because my boyfriend requested an Oreo dessert for his birthday which passed recently. I suppose that’s good enough reason to make him something ;-).
