With Valentine’s Day nearly upon us, it’s time to start thinking about how to show the people in your life that you love them by appealing to their stomachs. Being that I’m not the best at expressing my feelings in words, this is the ideal scenario for me. Last year, Camilla (Culinary Adventures with Camilla) gathered a group of bloggers to facilitate just that with what was called #TripleSBites – celebrating romance with spicy, saucy, and sexy bites. This year she is hosting again but with a new name: #FreshTastyValentines.
What I made for #FreshTastyValentines:
Monday 2/1 – BBQ Bacon Mango Pizza
Wednesday 2/3 – Wine Smoothies
Friday 2/5 – Strawberry Basil Shortcakes with Chocolate Balsamic Drizzle
Monday 2/8 – Lighter Roasted Garlic & Hemp Seed Fettuccine Alfredo
(with links to their homepages, in alphabetical order)
begins February 1st and ends February 8th
If you are visiting before the rafflecopter opens, please check back!
Thank you to #FreshTastyValentines sponsors for providing the prizes free of charge. These companies also provided the bloggers with samples and product to use for #FreshTastyValentines recipe development without additional compensation. All opinions stated are those of the bloggers.

We usually go out to dinner but when I do cook at home it’s a nice pasta with lots of veggies.
I don’t have a Valentine but chocolate makes an excellent substitute!
I’ve definitely celebrated Valentine’s Day with friends and/or chocolate before
This year, I am making lasagna and red velvet cake for Valentine’s Day. Past years, I have made heart shaped pizza and the kids love it! We typically stay home and celebrate with the kids.
Oooh sounds great!
We like to go to Italian on Valentines day, but this year we will be on a cruise!
Oh man, do try to have fun will you ;-)
I love lava cakes for Valentines <3
